To see these success stories - individuals & families dedicated to their small business - is nothing short of a wonder. This weekend I got to personally see one of these success stories in action. I was given the "ten cent tour" by the shop manager and saw for myself a business running smoothly, profitably and with an eye ALWAYS focused on customer service. Later I met briefly with the owner to discuss small business trends, social media and, of course, how to positively impact the bottom line. Needless to say I was impressed.
