"Leap of Faith Rewarded…

Late last year my 17yr old daughter started arm twisting me for a Jeep and after finally giving in and searching the internet, my clicks led me to Jamie’s. As we all know, looking for vehicles 20/25 yrs old is a challenge and when you aren’t in a position to look at the vehicle before agreeing to buy it just adds another layer of anxiety to the process. From the first conversation, Jamie was very patient, put up with a lot of my over the top questions and assured me the Jeep my daughter & I were looking at was in great shape. So on February 18th my daughter and I road tripped from Michigan to Jamie’s to pick up my daughter’s dream jeep (’97 green Sahara with a soft top & 5-spd manual). Now after 10 months of owning it, all the things Jamie said and assured me about the Jeep were true and we both could not be happier with the purchase. Jamie and his team are a throw back to a time when honesty, integrity and your word were hallmarks of our society.

"Stopped in during the Corona pandemic without an appointment to find the showroom was closed. Before I left sales assistant came out and asked if I was there looking at a specific bike, which I was. I was shown the bike, took it for a test run, was given an awesome price on the 2017 Street Glide Special. My trade in was treated fairly and I rode out if there on my upgrade an hour later. "Looking for a used or 'pre-owned' Jeep Wrangler? One with no rust (not local), clean, low miles and a car-fax vehicle history? What about customer service? Yes? Then Jamie's Custom and Powersports is the place.

Bob the General Manager was very honest upfront and accommodating. All around nice guy. I left there with a beautiful 2004 TJ with no rust and just over 50K. Got it for the same price most dealerships are asking for their 'local' rusty trade-ins. Nice selection of very clean Wranglers on hand as well as the most amazing custom Harley Davidson's. Shout out to Cody the nice lady that answers the phone and the mechanic. Thank you."

"Was looking for a good quality TJ, not easy to find here in Wisconsin. I came across Jamies and found out this is the place and these are the guys to go to. Jamies had a good selection of Wranglers, including a number that they had found from rust free parts of the country. I found a solid 2002, couldnt be happier. Cody was very helpful, Bob is worth the price of admission just for his stories. Jamies attention to detail shows in the product he has and how he runs the business. I want to give Bob special props for how he worked with me to find the right jeep, not the cheapest one, and completed the deal in the most professional manner I have seen. Dont buy anywhere else until you have at least come here to see how it should be done."

"I was looking at a bike I saw on-line, across the street, and was not impressed. It was 6:50 pm and decided to look at Jamies. Todd was extremely friendly and willing to stay late and discuss different bikes. I came back the next night to test drive one of the bikes we talked about and discuss my trade. Todd and Bob were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I purchased a 2014 Ultra with everything I was looking for. I will recommend Jamies to anyone looking for a bike. Overall great experience."

"I had two quotes done for some repairs on my vehicle. I was told I needed to replace my front struts and replace my brakes. Both quotes I received for the work seemed high based on some research. Jamies Customs agreed to look at my car even though they specialize in power sports vehicles. The price they quoted me was unbeatable. Ed, their mechanic, met me at the shop super early to work with my schedule, called me to let me know of the work he performed, and to let me know that my brakes actually had quite a bit more life to them. Cannot thank this group enough for the service they provided, and the level of professionalism with which they handled helping me with my vehicle. I hope they don't mind taking a look at my vehicle the next time it needs work, because now I can't imagine working with anyone else. Thank you!"
